Sealed competitive tender in B-1 Form for the following work is invited by the Sangamner Co-Op. Industrial Estate Ltd. Nashik-Pune Highway, Gunjalwadi, Tal. Sangamner, Dist. Ahilyanagar from registered contractors registered in appropriate class with Civil / Electric Department of PWD, Irrigation, for work in two envelope system as details below.

Blank tender forms will be issued from office of "Ravi pansare Associate", Krishidhan shopping complex Market Yard, Nashik-Pune Highway, Sangamner during office hours on paying tender cost form from Date: 29/05/2026 to 08/06/2026.

Sealed tenders will be received in the Sangamner Co-Op. Industrial Estate Office upto 10/06/2026 till 5.00 p.m.

Sealed tenders will be opened on 11/06/2026 at 11.00 am. in the Office of the Sangamner Co. Op. Industrial Estate Ltd. Sangamner, in presence of Contractors or their authorized representative.

NOTE:

1. Right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason there of is reserved by competent authority whose decision is final and legally binding on tenderer.
2. Detail tender notice can be seen in the office of Sangamner Co-Op. Industrial Estate Ltd., Nashik-Pune Highway, Sangamner, Dist. Ahilyanagar.
3. Registration Certificate of appropriate class, Income-Tax Certificate certified copy should be shown while purchasing the blank tender form and enclosed with tender form.
4. Last date of application for purchasing blank tender form is 08/06/2026.
5. Earnest Money should be deposited in cash in Sangamner Co-Op. Industrial Estate Ltd. Office & the receipt will be attached with tender.
6. Conditional tender will not be considered.
